The Promise Keepers boast of a dire record in Enugu but the goalkeeper is confident of grinding a result against the Flying Antelopes

Ojo Olorunleke says Akwa United have nothing to fear when they face Enugu Rangers in Sunday’s Nigeria Professional Football League.

The Promise Keepers have been awful in recent games having failed to win any of their last three games – to place seventh on the log with 28th points.

For the hosts, they are unbeaten in their last five games and the former Nigeria U20 star is not intimidated.

“We are ready on our own part as human and players, but we are hoping and trusting in God for the maximum points,” Olorunleke told Goal.

“We are going to respect Rangers for sure but we are not scared of them. It is unfortunate to see us slump in our last three games. However, they are not the results we wanted.

“We have put them behind us and if Rangers dare us, they would definitely regret and pay for it. In their last five matches they never played us, so they are lucky.

“On Sunday, we will approach the game with the right attitude and mentality while hoping for good officiating.”
