Newcastle have been outstanding this season, losing only once in their campaign. The Magpies have the best defence in the Premier League this term, conceding only nine goals in 11 matches. It will be a challenge against Harry Kane and company, but one that could send out a statement in their bid to reach the European places.
Tottenham suffered a setback in their strong start to the campaign, losing 2-0 at the hands of Manchester United during the week. Antonio Conte's men were not at the races against the Red Devils and need to respond after Manchester City beat Brighton and Hove Albion, although an opportunity has arisen today after Arsenal were held by Southampton. Spurs can close within two points of their rivals with a victory today, although it will be a tough ask against a resilient Newcastle team.
