68' Tottenham have it all to do if they are to get back into this game, a goal now would make it very interesting! However, will United just sit back and try and see out the win?

E. Cavani
Manchester United
64' GOAL! UNITED DOUBLE THEIR LEAD! Cavani makes it 2-0! Fernandes nicks the ball off Skipp in midfield and United counter quickly, with Ronaldo spotting the run of Cavani in behind, who stays onside as Dier is slow to react. The striker then only has Lloris to beat and he coolly chips it over the keeper and into the back of the net.
62' United are struggling to get out of their own half at the moment, they can't clear their lines and when they do get the ball up the pitch, it's coming straight back at them.

56' There's not much happening up front for Tottenham the moment, with the home side not looking like testing De Gea and United look comfortable at the back.

However, the flag quickly goes up for offside.
47' Decent chance! De Gea plays a poor ball out from the back and Spurs break forward on the counter, with Lucas finding Son, who tries to curl it into the bottom right corner of the net. However, it flies wide of the post.
46' The second half is under way!
Tottenham need to improve in the second half if they are to get back into this game, as United have looked comfortable and could extend their lead further. The United defence have look vulnerable at times, but have coped well with the majority of Spurs attacks.
Ronaldo fires United into the lead shortly before the break, producing a superb volley to end his goalless streak and send United on course for all three points. Both teams had a couple of good chances earlier on, with Son going close for Spurs and Romero did get the ball in the back of the net, but it was ruled out for offside. Meanwhile Fred and Cavani had opportunities for the visitors, but couldn't find a way past Lloris.
45' CHANCE! Davies just manages to get his head to the ball as Lo Celso whips a corner into the box, but he can't keep it down and his header flies high over the crossbar. He should have got that on target and tested De Gea.
44' It looks like United will go into the break with a 1-0 lead, as Tottenham aren't showing any signs of scoring an equaliser at the moment. They need to pick up the intensity of their game, to try and stretch the United defence.
42' Ronaldo is lucky to get away with just a warning there, after he strikes Romero in the face as the pair battle for the ball. It didn't look like an elbow, but the United man could have quite easily been shown a yellow card.
41' There isn’t long left to play before the end of the first half, can Spurs get an equaliser before the half-time whistle?
Bruno Fernandes
Manchester United
39' Fernandes spots the run of his international team-mate at the far post and Davies can't quite reach it, so it falls to Ronaldo, who fires it into the back of the net.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Manchester United
39' GOAL! UNITED TAKE THE LEAD! Fernandes receives the ball off Shaw down the left wing and he whips a cross into the penalty area, finding Ronaldo at the far post and he produces a superb volley, firing it into the bottom left corner of the net. Lovely cross and finish to send United 1-0 ahead!
37' United are certainly playing a lot better today then they did against Liverpool last weekend, pressing higher up the pitch to try and win the ball back. The change of formation seems to be working for now.
35' CHANCE! Kane stops the run of Son in behind and feeds his partner, who races clear of the United defence and looks to beat De Gea. However, he takes an unnecessary extra touch, which allows Wan-Bissaka time to get back and the United defender makes a superb block to deny Son. It wouldn't have counted anyway, as the flag goes up for offside.
33' SAVE! Fred is given far too much time and space on the ball around 30 yards out and the midfielder fires a terrific effort towards goal. However, Lloris gets across and makes a superb save, pushing it out wide for a corner.
32' The game is starting to come to life now and we've seen a few chances in the last couple of minutes as both teams push forward in search of the opener before the break.
30' We’re past the half an hour mark now and it remains goalless between Tottenham and Man United. However, Spurs have had one ruled out for offside.
28' NO GOAL! VAR agree with the decision on the pitch and the goal has been ruled out! Romero was just offside as Dier made contact with the ball, so it remains goalless.
28' TOTTENHAM GOAL? Son whips a corner into the box and it’s met by the head of Dier, who powers a header towards the bottom left corner of the net and Romero sneaks in and pokes it home from close range. The centre-back was in the right place, at the right time! However, the flag goes up for offside shortly after the goal, so VAR are going to take a look.
27' United have lost three of their last four Premier League matches (D1), as many as in their previous 37 league games (W23 D11). The Red Devils have not lost three Premier League games in a row since December 2015 under Louis van Gaal.
25' CLOSE! United break quickly up the pitch, with Shaw finding Fernandes in behind and he then delivers a cross into the box for Cavani, who has a free header in the area. The striker gets enough power on the effort, but sends his header inches wide of the top left corner of the net. Not too far away!
24' CHANCE! Lo Celso fires a free-kick into the wall, but United fail to clear their lines and it comes back into the penalty area, with Lucas feeding Son in behind. Son then only had De Gea to beat from a tight angle, but he can't keep his effort down and it flies over the crossbar.
H. Maguire
Yellow Card
Manchester United
22' Maguire and Varane both go to challenge Lo Celso right on the edge of the box and neither get anywhere near the ball and end up tripping the Spurs man up. Free-kick to Tottenham in a very good shooting position and Maguire is booked.
21' PENALTY SHOUT! Son tries to whip a cross into the penalty area from the left wing, but Wan-Bissaka gets across and makes the block. However, there are then huge appeals from the Spurs players and supporters, appealing for handball against the United man. However, nothing is given as Wan-Bissaka didn't seem to raise his hands to the ball.
L. Shaw
Yellow Card
Manchester United
19' The first yellow card of the game is shown to Shaw, after he rugby tackles Lucas to the ground after the United left-back lost possession and tried to stop Lucas from breaking forward.
17' Both teams aren't giving much away at the back, as neither wants to be the first to concede and it's quite cagey at the moment. Neither keeper is yet to be tested.
15' Kane hasn't been involved much so far today, he has barely touched the ball up front for Spurs, but Son meanwhile has been lively and looks like the big threat for the hosts.
13' Lo Celso gets back in the nick of time to pinch the ball off the toes of Fred just inside the penalty area, just as the midfielder was set to fire an effort towards goal. Good defending.
11' Just one of the last six Premier League matches between Tottenham and Manchester United have been won by the home side, with United winning 2-1 at Old Trafford in December 2019.
9' Blocked! Decent chance for Cavani! Wan-Bissaka has started well down the right wing and he cuts inside, gets into the box and squares it across goal to Cavani, who fires a first-time effort towards goal. However, Dier makes a good block.
8' This is a bit better from the visitors, they've managed to settle the game down and enjoy some possession of their own now. However, Spurs are defending well and nothing is created in the final third.
6' Not too far away! Son fires a shot towards the bottom right corner of the net from the edge of the penalty area, but Fred gets across and makes a block, sending it wide of the post.
5' United are struggling to get out of their own half at the moment, with Spurs looking comfortable and will want to ask questions of this United defence as soon as they can. The visitors are in a different formation today, which they might not be fully comfortable with.
3' It will be interesting to see how Man United respond to last weeks heavy defeat. At the moment they are dropping deep and allowing Tottenham to keep the ball in midfield as they aren't getting near their final third.
1' We're under way!
