#5 AFC Leopards yet to win a game

AFC Leopards' problems are just too many. With the whereabouts of Coach Nikola Kavazovic still unknown, Ingwe is yet to pick a league win this season. Kakamega Homeboyz handed assistant coach Marko Veseljevic his first defeat following a 3-0 thumping at the Bukhungu Stadium. Ingwe dropped two points in their 1-1 draw with Kariobangi Sharks on matchday one.

    #4 Tusker drop points again

The Brewers kicked-off the season with a poor away record-having dropped two points against Sony Sugar in Awendo on match day one, and Robert Matano’s second trip to Nyanza was not a fruitful one after he went down to Western Stima. Tusker lost by a single goal, meaning that Matano, who has one of the best squad in the league currently, has only one goal in two games to brag about thus far.

#3 Western Stima too hot to handle

A victory against Tusker could be a clear testament that Stima didn’t just gain promotion to the top tier to add numbers. The league newbies first made a statement of intent with a 1-0 victory against Posta Rangers away at the Afraha Stadium and they repeated the same, this time at their backyard in Kisumu with an identical score line against the former Tusker.
  4. Bandari FC.

    #2 Bandari the king slayers

Perhaps one of the most consistent teams in the domestic league so far, Bandari have lost just twice since May 27, 2018. Within this time, they have beaten Gor Mahia twice, beat Sofapaka once and drew one. Batoto Ba Mungu became the latest casualty to have been fallen by the Bernard Mwalala led side - the giant killers of KPL. The Dockers came from a goal down to hand Melis Medo his first league defeat with Sofapaka at the Machakos Stadium.

  5. KCB.

#1 KCB yet to bank a point

The thought that KCB will be coming up against Bandari next must really be giving coach Frank Ouna sleepless nights. The Bankers are yet to cash in any point in the last two away fixtures. Ulinzi Stars added a pinch of salt to the already deep wounds on the limbs of a starved ‘Lion’ in a 3-1 victory. This came just a week after the Bankers lost their opening match against Kakamega Homeboyz, away in Bukhungu.
