‘Kaizer Chiefs & Orlando Pirates have let Mamelodi Sundowns turn PSL into farmer’s league’ - Fans after Masandawana make it 14 straight wins

Fans have blamed Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates for not offering strong competition to Mamelodi Sundowns, allowing them to easily run away with the PSL title.

Ten-man Sundowns beat Sekhukhune United 2-0 to extend their winning run to 14 straight matches on Saturday, the victory leaving them 22 points ahead of second-placed Richards Bay, who have played three games less.

Most significantly, the Brazilians are 27 and 28 points ahead of Pirates and Chiefs respectively to the disappointment of supporters who feel the Soweto giants should be the ones challenging Rhulani Mokwena’s side at the top.
