It is now four straight wins for Erik ten Hag's resurgent side - and for those inside the stadium, here was the clearest sign yet of the Dutchman's revolution taking shape.
United are now up to fifth - three points off leaders Arsenal - after back-to-back defeats in their opening two games left them rooted to the foot of the table.
