Madrid pick Lewandowski over Kane

Real Madrid's concerns over Harry Kane's character are turning their focus toward signing Robert Lewandowski, claims AS

Madrid have been heavily linked with a move for Kane, but the report states the Blancos have concerns about the 24-year-old's "introverted" nature.

The Blancos have instead made the Bayern Munich striker their priority and believe the German side will consider offers around €100 million.

United and City to battle for Boateng

Manchester United and Manchester City will battle for Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng this summer, according to The Sun.

Boateng, 29, left City seven years ago and Pep Guardiola is hoping to bring him back after coaching the Germany international during his time at the helm of Bayern.

Barcelona and Real Madrid could also be in for Boateng, who is rated at £50 million.

Chelsea bid €63m for Icardi

Chelsea have made an opening offer of €63 million for Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi, reports AS

The offer is seen more as a statement of intent from the Blues, as Inter are unlikely to accept any figure less than €100m for the in-demand 25-year-old.

The bid will also been seen as a further indication Chelsea aren't convinced that Alvaro Morata is the right man to be their No. 1 striker moving forward.

Liverpool confident of signing Jorginho

Liverpool believe they are in pole position to sign Napoli midfielder Jorginho, according to the Mirror

The Italy international has also generated interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, but the Reds are confident they can land the £50 million-rated midfielder as a replacement for Emre Can.

Jurgen Klopp's style of play and the offer of Champions League football – which Arsenal may not be able to provide – have Klopp feeling he can land his man this summer.

Everton keeping tabs on Shaw

Out of favour at Manchester United, Luke Shaw could find himself the subject of an approach from Everton, according to ESPN .

The Toffees are interested in the England international left-back and are pondering a summer move.

Shaw has barely featured for the Old Trafford club this season and was accused by manager Jose Mourinho of "lacking class and personality" as he was substituted in the weekend's FA Cup win over Brighton.

Madrid to offer €150m and Vazquez for Salah

Real Madrid are hoping that an offer of €150 million plus Lucas Vazquez will be enough to land Mohamed Salah, reports Diario Gol.

The Spanish giants want to sign the Liverpool star this summer, but the report states they are unwilling to pay more than €190m for the 25-year-old.

And Madrid hope they can drive the price down even more by including the 26-year-old Spain international in their offer.

Saints ponder summer move for Shaqiri

Should Southampton successfully avoid Premier League relegation, they will make Xherdan Shaqiri one of their top transfer targets, the Daily Star reports.

Mark Hughes is ready to bid £20 million for the Switzerland international, who he knows closely after previously signing him for Stoke.

The move is also dependent on the Potters going down, although there is plenty of competition for the attacking midfielder.

Perez dismisses Ronaldo China links

Wilshere fears he'll be forced to leave

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere fears that Arsenal will not increase their contract offer, forcing him to leave the club, reports the Mirror

With his contract set to expire, the Gunners have offered the 26-year-old a package worth less than his current deal and full of performance-based incentives.

Though he wants to stay with the club, Wilshere will not accept the current deal on the table and believes that an increased offer may not be forthcoming.

Barcelona will ask Iniesta to stay

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu will try to convince club legend Andres Iniesta to stay past this season, according to Sport

Iniesta, 33, has received a big-money offer from China and has said he will make a decision on his future before the end of April.

Bartomeu and manager Ernesto Valverde are concerned about Iniesta's possible departure, feeling there is no player able to fill his void at this stage.

Barcelona to watch De Ligt on Netherlands duty

Barcelona will have scouts watching Matthijs de Ligt at both of the Netherlands' upcoming friendly matches, according to Mundo Deportivo

The 18-year-old Ajax centre-back is seen as one of world football's best defensive prospects, and has been identified as a possible target for Barca this summer.

The club are keen to see how he does against England on Friday and especially against Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal on March 26.

Bayern and Dortmund after Hector

Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing FC Koln left-back Jonas Hector this summer, according to Kicker .

The 27-year-old Germany international has a clause in his contract allowing him to leave Koln for just €7-8m if they are relegated, which appears a good bet at this stage.

Man Utd to move for Neymar and Asensio

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho wants to land both Neymar and Marco Asensio this summer, according to Diario Gol.

Mourinho is hoping that kit sponsor Chevrolet will contribute funds to sign the PSG star, considering his arrival will help sell more shirts with the car company's logo on them.

With Neymar in the fold, Mourinho will then attempt to sell Asensio on his ambitious project at Old Trafford.

Burnley set to snap up Dawson

West Brom may be heading out of the Premier League, but the Mirror believes that defender Craig Dawson could be saved as Burnley ready themselves for a move.

Sean Dyche tried to sign the centre-back last August but was rebuffed. This time around, though, a £10 million offer could be enough for business to begin.

Premier League trio after Benzema

Manchester City have joined the race for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema, according to Don Balon.

The report states both Liverpool and Arsenal are also after the 30-year-old striker, who could depart Madrid this summer after a sub-par campaign that has seen him score just four league goals in 23 appearances.

Roma to return for Mahrez

Roma will return for Leicester City midfielder Riyad Mahrez this summer, according to the Mirror

The Serie A side attempted to sign Mahrez last summer, and hope they will be able to pry away the Algeria international from the Foxes in a cash-plus-player deal.
