Sony Sugar picked a fifth consecutive victory after forcing a 2-0 win over Kariobangi Sharks in a Kenyan Premier League match on Sunday.

The sugar millers are yet to lose a league match since July 8 when they went down by a solitary goal to AFC Leopards. Sony, who were languishing in the relegation zone in the first leg, picked four points against Sharks, whom they held to a 2-2 draw in the first leg.

Enock Agwanda gave the visitors the lead in the 33rd minutes after the former Gor Mahia and Bandari forward converted from the spot. Agwanda completed his brace in the 62 minute before he was replaced by Ezekiel Otuoma.

Sony took their point tally to 36 to move jointly seventh with Tusker. Sharks, who finished third in their debut season, dropped to ninth on the log having 34 points.

The Kariobangi side have failed to reap even a single point in the last five games since their 5-2 victory against Tusker.
