The five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s arrival at Turin has undoubtedly raised the profile of the Seria A ahead of what promises to be an enticing season.

While champions Juventus have strengthened with the signing of Ronaldo, other clubs such an Inter and AC Milan, AS Roma and Napoli have all made some exciting signings in the summer transfer window.

With all the big teams strengthening to various degrees, Italian football is set to be back in flavour when it kick-offs on August 18.

Ronaldo and Juventus will kick things off with an away fixture at Chievo while Napoli and Roma will open their campaigns against Lazio and Torino respectively on August 19.
