John Kamau: KCB are on course to return to top flight after two attempts

KCB maintained their dream of making it to the final top three by the end of the season after downing Kibera Black Stars 2-0 at Camp Toyoyo.

Goals from former AFC Leopards man Simon Abuko and Dennis Ng'ang'a gave the bankers maximum points and coach John Kamau says he is keen on keeping up with the pace setters as he aims at qualifying to the top tier by the end of the season.

“There is no job that does not have pressure, it is a lie for someone to say there is none and yes, I feel it too. Our main aim is to continue giving the best and ensuring by the end of the season we have managed to get the qualification we want. It is not easy but we have to work hard for it.

“The remaining matches are tricky, but we have to take them as finals, no mistake at this time,” Kamau told Goal.

KCB is currently third on the log with 46 points after playing 23 matches.
