Gana Gueye pays tribute to Senegal stadium victims

The Lions of Teranga star has commiserated with fatalities of the Demba Diop Stadium

Gana Gueye has sent his heartfelt goodwill message to the families of the victims of the Demba Diop stadium wall collapse on Saturday following a stampede.

Things went out of hand when the match between Stade de Mbour and US Ouakam finished level during regulation, and with the former had taken the lead with a goal in extra-time, this resulted in a riot and an ensuing stampede which led to the collapsing of the wall.

The Everton midfield player posted his sympathetic message on his social media page following compatriot Demba Ba in showing his support for his fatherland.
