Cheche has been alarmed by his side’s failure to score goals

Azam FC assistant coach, Idd Cheche has been alarmed by his side’s failure to score goals but refused to blame his strikers after their recently narrow victories against Singida United and Mwadui FC. 

Speaking via Azam FC Official Website, Cheche said that they need to work hard in training especially in front of goal because there is chronic problem which started at the start of the season. 

‘We need to work hard especially in the scoring, we did not get enough goals this season and the problem seemed to grow gradually,” said Cheche. 

In their 20 League matches this season Azam FC has scored 22 goals and concede nine. Azam will welcome Mbao FC in a Sunday night football fixture.
