AFC Leopards, Bidco United GOtv Shield tie pushed back

AFC Leopards’ GOtv Shield Cup tie against Bidco United has been pushed back by four days.

The match which was scheduled for Sunday, July 23, has been moved to next Wednesday, July 26 and will be held at Thika Sub County Stadium.

“Kindly note that the GOtv Shield round of 16 match between Bidco FC vs AFC Leopards that was scheduled for Sunday 23rd July 2017 has been postponed to Wednesday 26th July 2017,” AFC Leopards’ announced in a statement obtained by Goal.

The mid-week tie will provide coach Robert Matano with a chance of meeting his former employers, Bidco United. Matano joined Ingwe last week after a short stint at Bidco United, a side that he joined from Nairobi City Stars.

AFC Leopards progressed to the round of 16 after knocking out Nairobi Stima 2-0 while Bidco sailed through thanks to a similar score margin over Rainforest in the round of 32.
