Singapore Under-19 to play Bahrain friendlies

The young Singapore outfit have scheduled two friendly matches with the Bahrain Under-19 squad.

The Singapore Under-19 team will travel to Manama, Bahrain to play two friendly matches on 26 June and 29 June.

Both matches will be against the Bahrain Under-19s.

The boys will be coached by Takuya Inoue and he will be assisted by Toni Teo.

"We are grateful to the FAS for arranging these two matches against a strong opponent such as Bahrain,” said coach Inoue.

"It is always important to give young players international exposure, and these matches will definitely help my team prepare for the AFF Under-19 Championships taking place in Vietnam this September."
