Just weeks after the visit from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid, the Singapore Olympic Foundation presents another exciting event, an up close and personal session with Manchester United legends Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Nicky Butt.
The trio who make up half of the famous Fergie’s Fledgings will be in Singapore on a private visit at the invitation of Mr. Peter Lim and to support the Singapore Olympic Foundation – Peter Lim Scholarship this coming month.
The event will take place on the 14th of June at the D’Marquee at Downtown East.
The football superstars will be in town to talk about football experiences, not only about how they realised their dreams of playing football professionally, but also playing for Manchester United under the guidance and mentorship of legendary Sir Alex Ferguson.
Football fans in Singapore will get the priceless opportunity to hear from the stars themselves and audience members are also invited to pose questions to the football superstars. The lucky ones will have their questions drawn on stage by Nicky Butt.
Adding to the excitement, all ticket holders will be eligible to participate in a lucky-draw, where each of the 3 football personalities will pick a lucky winner to receive a signed jersey and take a photograph with the legends themselves.
Tickets for this event are priced at $30 (exclusive of ticketing charges) and will go on sale from Monday, 3rd June 2013 at all Ticketbooth outlets, AXS machines island-wide, as well as on-line at www.ticketbooth.com.sg.
A limited $500 (exclusive of ticketing charges) “Meet & Greet” tickets will also go on sale on the same day. The special “Meet & Greet” ticket-holders will be invited to mingle with the football personalities prior to the main event. Additionally, each ticket-holder will receive an autographed 1999 Treble limited edition coin medallion set and a photo opportunity with the players themselves.
The doors for event will open at 6.30pm and the main event will commence from 7.30pm onwards.
All ticket proceeds from this event will go towards the Singapore Olympic Foundation – Peter Lim Scholarship which was set up to help promising young athletes from humble backgrounds to realise their dreams of achieving sporting excellence.
