Premier League Treble: Backing home wins for Swansea and Southampton plus a low-scoring affair at Villa Park

Al Hain-Cole is ignoring the big guns in action this Saturday in favour of the value provided by some of the league's lesser lights, and has come up with a treble worth 47/10
Premier League Treble
Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
Tip: Southampton to win at 19/20 (1.95) with William Hill

Reading boss Brian McDermott may have dismissed any talk of his side's trip to Southampton representing a relegation 'six-pointer', but there is no doubt this is a match that neither side will want to lose.

The hosts could move as high as 15th with a victory, while a defeat would leave the Royals looking over their shoulders at bottom club QPR.

Unfortunately for the visitors, this scenario looks more than likely, as the Saints have hit their best form of the season in recent weeks, with last weekend's narrow defeat away to Liverpool their only loss in the last five.

Nigel Adkins' men have been particularly strong at St. Mary's, where they have only lost once in their last seven matches, while Reading have taken a mere two points from a possible 21 on the road.

With McDermott's men currently on the back of a three-match losing streak, the hosts' greater confidence should ensure a home victory on Saturday, available at attractive 19/20 (1.95) odds with William Hill.

Swansea City
Norwich City
Kick off: 15:00 GMT
Tip: Swansea City to win at 4/5 (1.80) with William Hill

Swansea's dramatic 2-0 victory away to Arsenal last Saturday was merely the latest in a growing list of impressive results under new coach Michael Laudrup, and should put them in excellent spirits for the upcoming visit of Norwich.

The Swans are unbeaten in 10 of their last 11 Premier League fixtures at the Liberty Stadium, and are currently enjoying a seven-game unbeaten streak in all competitions.

Although Norwich also come into this match in fine form, The Canaries are yet to win away from home this term, and have actually only picked up five victories in their last 57 top-flight matches on the road.

Chris Hughton has succeeded in making his side a very difficult outfit to break down, but have 10 fewer goals to their name than this weekend's opponents, and have only hit the back of the net five times in their seven away fixtures.

With the in-form Michu leading the line, it seems safe to back Laudrup's men to outscore their opponents and collect a fourth win in five, at 4/5 (1.80) odds.

Aston Villa
Stoke City
Kick-off: 15:00 GMT
Under 2.5 goals at 8/13 (1.62) with William Hill

It is probably safe to assume that not too many neutrals will be tuning in when Aston Villa play host to Stoke City, in a fixture that brings together two of the league's least prolific teams.

With only 26 Premier League goals to their name between them, these two sides have managed to score more than once in just six of their combined 30 matches so far.

The Potters have kept more clean sheets than any other side this season, so should have no trouble containing their misfiring opponents, but have also only managed seven goals in seven games on the road.

A low-scoring encounter looks inevitable then, and backing under 2.5 goals to be scored would have paid out in eight of the hosts' last 10 and six of the visitors' last seven in the league.

That same bet would also have paid out in six of the last seven encounters between these two sides, so looks too good to miss at 8/13 (1.62) in this one.
