That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
The final will take place at the end of May in the Olympiastadion and Bayern will hope to avenge last years defeat to get their hands on the trophy for the first time since 2016. Bayern will return to Bundesliga action on Sunday, when they face Nurnberg. Bremen meanwhile will travel to Fortuna.
Bayern will face Leipzig in the final of the DFB-Pokal as they beat Werder Bremen 3-2, in a game full of thrills and drama. Bayern went 2-0 up and looked like they would win comfortably after goals from Lewandowski and Muller, but the hosts never gave up and scored two goals within two minutes, with Osako and Rashica scoring to level the scoreline and it looked like that game might be heading to extra-time. However, Bayern were awarded a penalty late on, which Lewandowski converted to send them through to the final.
90' + 6' FULL-TIME: BREMEN 2-3 BAYERN
90' + 4' OFF THE POST! Amazing run by Lewandowski, he gets past a couple of Bremen players and then Pavlenka from just a couple of yards out, but the striker runs out of room slightly and fires the ball against the post.

80' GOOOAAALLL! The penalty is awarded after the officials double check the decision and Lewandowski slots the ball home from the penalty spot and puts Bayern back into the lead, it's 3-2! The striker sends the keeper the wrong way with a cool finish.
78' BAYERN PENALTY! Coman sprints past Selassie and the right-back appears to grab the winger and leans into him, causing him to go down. The home supporters and players are furious with the decision, it's going to VAR but it looks like the decision is going to stand.

Bayern München

M. Rashica
Goal
Werder Bremen
75' GOOOAAALLL! They've turned it around! Bremen have scored again, it's 2-2! Rashica with a wonderful solo goal to level the score. The striker sprints from the halfway line, gets past a couple of Bayern defenders and then slides the ball into the far corner as Ulreich came off his line.
M. Rashica
Assist
Werder Bremen
74' Rashica with a great run, he dribbles into the box and spots Osako in a lot of space in the box, who makes no mistakes with the finish.
Y. Ōsako
Goal
Werder Bremen
74' GOOOAAALLL! Osako scores to pull a goal back for Bremen, it's 2-1! The visitors have been pressing for a goal and they've finally got the breakthrough, as Rashica gets to the byline and then squares the ball back to Osako on the edge of the six-yard box, who fires the ball into the bottom corner.
72' Bayern are camped inside their own half at the moment, with everyone back behind the ball defending. They've defended well so far tonight.
70' We're into the final 20 minutes of the game now, can Bremen pull one back and make it an interesting final period? They certainly haven't given up and are throwing everything at Bayern.
68' OFF THE BAR! Almost a third goal for Bayern after Coman's cross is deflected and flies towards the top corner, but it bounces off the top of the bar and then Thiago struggles to reach the rebound, firing the ball wide.
66' SAVE! Ulreich with a great stop to deny Klaassan from close range as his header flew towards the bottom corner and then hang onto the ball after it looked like he might spill the ball, but he keeps hold of it and denies the hosts.
C. Pizarro
K. Möhwald
Werder Bremen
65' Bremen make their first substitution of the game, with Mohwald replaced by Pizarro.
L. Goretzka
Assist
Bayern München
63' Goretzka fed the ball through to Muller, spotting the striker making a run in-behind and the striker did the rest with a superb finish.
T. Müller
Goal
Bayern München
63' GOOOAAALLL! Bayern double their lead, it's 2-0! Muller with a fine finish from around the penalty spot to put the visitors in control of the game now. Muller wanted the ball sooner, as Alaba crossed into the box, but it ended up coming out to Goretzka, who fired the ball into the feet of Muller, who controlled the ball and then placed it into the top corner. Great finish.
62' There are a few tired Bremen players out there now, they are unable to keep that pace and intensity up from the first half. However, we are yet to see any changes for the hosts.
60' Lewandowski hasn't been involved in the game much tonight, apart from scoring the goal, as the Bremen defence have marked him well and kept him out of the game for large periods.
L. Goretzka
S. Gnabry
Bayern München
58' Bayern make their first substitution of the game, with Gnabry the man coming off and he has been replaced by Goretzka.
57' Ambitious effort by Rashica, he tries to beat Ulreich from long range, but his strike is wild and flies high over the crossbar. Poor effort.
55' Bremen's last defeat at home came against Bayern back in December, when they were beaten 2-1, with Gnabry scoring both goals.
53' Bayern are trying to slow the pace of the game down when they manage to get on the ball, keeping the ball in the middle of the pitch and frustrating the hosts.
51' The second half is being played at a terrific intensity, just like the first half and it's great to watch. Bremen are certainly going for it, they just need to be careful not to leave themselves open at the back as a result.
49' Good chance! Mohwald should be doing better from there! Klaassan whips the ball deep into the Bayern penalty area and Mohwald tries to power his header into the ground and into the far corner of the net. However, he doesn't get enough pace on it and Ulreich comfortably gathers.
48' SAVE! Pavlenka with a very good save to deny Coman after he finds himself completely unmarked at the far post and the winger tries to find the bottom corner, but the Bremen keeper gets down quickly and pushes it away to safety.
46' The second half is underway!
Bremen have certainly created enough chances to give them some confidence of getting back into the game during this second half. However, the visitors have a great record over their opponents and don't tend to lose from winning positions very often.
Bayern lead 1-0 at the break after Lewandowski's goal on 36 minutes, following an error by the Bremen keeper to allow Muller's deep header to float all the way across to the far post. The game has been played at a terrific pace, with both teams really going for it and there could've been more goals already. Bremen went close with Kruse and Klaasan, but they fired their efforts high over the crossbar. Meanwhile Muller went close on two occassions for the visitors, his first attempt drifted just wide, before his second from close range was well blocked on the line.
45' + 1' HALF-TIME: BREMEN 0-1 BAYERN
45' There will be a minimum of one minute added time played.
43' The home supporters certainly haven't given up on their side getting back into the game, it's electric here and adding to the intensity of the game.
41' GOAL RULED OUT! Muller whips a terrific ball into the box, which Lewandowski tries to flick on at the near post, but it's not clear as to whether he actually gets a touch on the ball as it flies into the bottom corner. However, the linesman has his flag up for offside as Lewandowski was a couple of yards off and interfered with play.
40' There's not long left on the clock until the end of the first half now, can Bremen pull a goal back before the break?
38' Bremen will be disappointed to go behind after a good opening half from them and a couple of chances to score, they now have to push forward as the game goes on in order to get back into the game.
R. Lewandowski
Goal
Bayern München
36' GOOOAAALLL! Lewandowski breaks the deadlock, Bayern lead 1-0! It's poor from Pavlenka as he fails to deal with a looping header towards the far post by Muller, it then ricochets off the post, before falling perfectly to Lewandowski just a couple of yards out, who doesn't miss from that range, firing the ball into the back of the net. The Bremen keeper started to come for the ball, but then changed his mind and the ball was allowed to fall to the Bayern striker.
35' Good strike! Coman cuts inside from the left wing and fires a powerful drive towards goal, aiming for the top corner, but the ball drifts just wide.
33' Selassie and Coman have a coming together on the half way line, with the Bremen right-back jumping on top of the Bayern winger and the visitors are awarded a free-kick.
31' Bremen are unbeaten in their last eight games in all competitions at home, having won five and drawn three matches.
29' Bayern defend the corner well and then break quickly on the counter-attack themselves with Coman sprinting up the pitch. The winger lays it off to Alaba on the overlap, who tries to cut back onto his left foot to fire a shot at goal, but in doing so, Bremen get players back and eventually clear the danger.
28' The ball into the box is cleared by Martinez, but he concedes a corner and the Bremen pressure continues. The hosts take the corner short and manage to win another corner at the other side of the pitch.
M. Hummels
Yellow Card
Bayern München
26' Hummels is now booked after his late tackle on Rashica, the centre-back comes from behind and takes the legs of the striker.
D. Klaassen
Yellow Card
Werder Bremen
25' Klaassen is the first player to be shown a yellow card, after his late challenge on Kimmich. That's a couple of late challenges from Klaassan now and the referee has finally decided to book him.
23' CHANCE! Klaassan with a great opportunity to put Bremen into the lead, after Rashica gets to the byline and then pulls the ball back to Klaassan at the near post, who lashes the ball over the crossbar. He should be doing better from there.
22' Decent effort! Thiago with a good shooting opportunity from just inside the penalty area, but the midfielder leans back and fires the ball over the crossbar.
21' Both teams are leaving gaps at the back in their attempt to push forward in search of a goal, leading to goalscoring chances on the break.
19' Not too far away! Osaka with a decent strike at goal from the edge of the penalty area, after finding himself in a bit of space. However, the ball just drifts wide of the far post and doesn't trouble Ulreich.
18' The game is end-to-end at the moment, with both teams playing at a high intensity and pushing forward in search of an early goal.
16' GREAT CHANCE! Muller goes so close to putting Bayern ahead, but his shot from close range is blocked by Moisander and goes out for a corner. Muller was given far too much space in the penalty area to drift in and slide the ball towards goal after a cross from Alaba. It looked like it was going in, but the Bremen defender did very well.
15' Good ball into the box by Kruse, the Bremen skipper has been involved in everything positive for the hosts so far tonight and he almost picks Osaka out there.
14' Bayern have won the last 19 games in a row against Bremen, which is the longest winning streak against another Bundesliga club in the league's history.
12' There is a cracking atmosphere inside the Weserstadion, the home crowd are on their feet and urging their side forward. Tremendous support after a good start to the game by both teams.
10' CLOSE! Bayern opportunity at the other end now, with Muller going close to opening the scoring. Alaba whips a low cross towards the near post and Muller gets ahead of his marker, flicking the ball towards the far post, but it flies just wide of the post.
8' CHANCE! Lovely move by Bremen after a mistake in the middle of the pitch by Lewandowski. The striker misplaces his pass and the hosts break forward quickly and Osaka is released down the right wing, he then picks out Rashica at the far post, who cushions the ball down for Kruse who was sprinting into the box, but Kruse fires the ball over the crossbar.
7' Great ball over the top of the Bremen defence by Hummels, he picks out Alaba down the left wing, who takes on his man and places the ball into the box aiming for Muller, but the Bremen centre-backs deal with it.
5' Kruse steps up to take the free-kick, he directs it towards the far post, but Bayern defend it well and clear the danger.
4' Poor challenge by Boateng, he dives into the tackle and brings Eggestein down close to the left wing touchline. The centre-back gets the ball, but he takes the legs of the Bremen man. Good opportunity for the hosts to whip the ball into the penalty area.
3' Bremen are pressing high up the pitch and not allowing Bayern time and space on the ball to bring it out from the back. Good intensity in these early stages.
1' We're underway!
The teams are out and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all of the match action!
Bremen have made one change to their starting XI, with Sahin suspended so he is replaced by Osaka, as Eggestein moves into midfield and Osaka starts up top alongside Rashica. Bayern also make just one change to the side that beat Bremen at the weekend, with the goalscorer Sule absent tonight and he has been replaced at centre-back by Hummels. Sule was sent off in the quarter-final clash and is therefore suspended tonight.
BAYERN SUBS: Alphonso Davies, James Rodriguez, Renato Sanches, Rafinha, Leon Goretzka, Corentin Tolisso, Ron-Thorben Hoffmann.

The two sides faced each other at the weekend in the Bundesliga, with Bayern running out 1-0 winners after a late goal from Niklas Sule, to keep their place at the top. Whilst Bremen sit eighth in the table, but prior to the game they had been unbeaten in 12 matches.
