Commentary

That's all from the Bank of America Stadium. Thank you for following our live coverage of this International Champions Cup clash!
Next up in the tournament for Arsenal comes a difficult clash against Real Madrid on Wednesday, while Fiorentina can now start looking forward to facing Benfica on Thursday.
It turned out to be a comfortable 3-0 victory for Arsenal, but Fiorentina will be rueing their string of missed chances in the first half which could have seen things turn out differently. Nketiah was the hero for the Gunners, as he further displayed his clinical goalscoring touch with a low and drilled effort in the first half before slotting home another after the interval. Ceccherini, Sottil and Vlahovic all squandered chances for Fiorentina before half-time, but Nketiah's second gave Arsenal a much-needed cushion before Willock capped off the game in style. Overall, Arsenal can be pleased with their work on a sweltering afternoon in Charlotte.

Arsenal have looked good going forward and have recorded just over 60 per cent of the possession so far, but they need improve defensively in the second half after allowing Fiorentina to have five more shots than them in the first period.
Arsenal head into the break one goal to the good courtesy of Nketiah's 15th minute strike, as the striker followed up his winner against Bayern with a clinical finish from inside the Fiorentina box. However, Fiorentina should really have found an equaliser with their a string of chances late in the half. Ceccherini, Sottil and Vlahovic all went close for the Serie A side, but the Arsenal defence just about managed to contain their opponents' continued pressure.
