Zuberu crowned Dreams Player of the Month of March

The youngster has been named as the Still Believe's best performer of the Month on March after scoring twice in the topflight

Dreams FC midfielder Zuberu Sharani has been named the club’s best player for March, following his blistering performance in the Ghana Premier League.

The youngster, who made his bow in the top-flight last month, scored two goals and also won two Man of the Match accolades, as Dreams picked seven points and currently sit sixth on the log.

Zuberu has also been shortlisted for the Ghana Premier League player of the month and he believes it's a great achievement and will spur him on for greater heights.

"It is a great achievement and I'm happy with it. I want to build on it for the rest of the season because it's my dream to be a great player in future," Zuberu said.

"This is my first season and it has begun on a higher note so I wish to continue and help the club to maintain our status in the league," he added.

Zuberu will have to beat competition from Asante Kotoko in-form goalkeeper Felix Annan and Wafa's prodigy Aminu Mohammed for the top-flight's monthly version of the award.
