The much-awaited Harambee Stars team bus will be delivered in November, says Deputy President William Ruto.

In December 2017, Ruto made a pledge to help the team procure official means of transport by January this year. But 10 months down the line, that is yet to be actualized.

On Friday, Ruto made yet another pronouncement, affirming the long overdue bus will arrive in a month’s time.

“We must have an official bus for Harambee Stars by next month for your use,” Ruto said after he visited the team at Kasarani.

The DP also affirmed that the government will give the team Sh50 million, in addition to the Sh25 million that was released on Friday if the team beat Ethiopia on Sunday.
