Western Stima win to cement top spot as KCB held in NSL

Western Stima took its season's tally to fifty-five points after claiming maximum points against visiting Nakuru All Stars on Saturday.

After a barren first half, the hosts opened the scoring in the 51st minute courtesy of Erastus Mwaniki. Twenty-five minutes later, Okoth Kevin doubled the advantage for Stima before Victor Oduor pulled one back for the All Stars in the stoppages.

In another match involving the power men, Nairobi Stima claimed maximum points against Isibania. The now second placed Stima side with 52 points defeated the hosts by three goals scored by Victor Ndinya, who hit a brace in the 23rd and 46th minute, with another goal coming from former Tusker FC man Stephen Owusu.

On Friday, KCB was held to a barren draw by Bidco United, GFE 105 fell 2-0 to Kenya Police as Administration Police fell by a solitary goal to visiting Kisumu All Stars.

On Sunday, Kangemi All Stars will take on Coast Stima at Camp Toyoyo with Nairobi City Stars tackling St. Josephs Youth at the same venue. On Monday, Ushuru will face Talanta at the same venue.
