Boost for Nakumatt as striker returns ahead of Posta Rangers match

Former Mathare United striker Obadiah Ndege is ready to be involved once again in Nakumatt squad after sitting out for some time due to an ankle injury.

The striker joined the newly promoted side in January, taking part in initial matches before getting injured. However, Ndege is back and ready to make up for lost time as soon as this weekend.

"I am ready now, my injury has healed and once again I feel comfortable. Definitely I am happy to be back, my target being helping the team to get more goals, but it will depend with the decisions by the coach. If he feels I should start the match well and good, if he thinks otherwise better too because it is a competition and I have to prove I am better than the one given priority over me.

"We are still in it, we definitely want to give our best and by the end of the season I believe we will be somewhere up there," he told Goal.

The Shoppers are in the eleventh position with twelve points after three wins, three draws and four losses.
