Manula: Simba has had a good season

Simba lead the table with 49 points, three above Yanga in second

Simba’s first choice Goalkeeper, Aishi Manula has insisted that the Premier League title is his side's priority this season after the 2-0 victory against Njombe Mji on Tuesday.

Wekundu wa Msimbazi have camped in Morogoro for preparation before facing Mtibwa Sugar on April 9.

Speaking to Goal, Manula said that they are in high spirit and every player wants to win the league title this season.

"It’s not easy but everything is possible, we have had a good season, we have won more games than any club in the Tanzanian League and that’s way we are leading by three points above the defending Champion Yanga,” said Manula.

Simba lead the table with 49 points, three above Yanga in second.

Simba will play Mtibwa on Monday, were they will be without Erasto Nyoni, Juuko Murshid and James Kotei who are all suspended after picking up third yellow cards in the past game.
