Mamelodi Sundowns forgive Keagan Dolly's agent

Reigning Premier Soccer League (PSL) champions Mamelodi Sundowns expect Keagan Dolly to complete his move to French Ligue 1 club Montpellier by Monday.

The Brazilians have also confirmed that they have forgiven Dolly's agent Paul Mitchell of Siyavuma Sports Group.

Mitchell and Sundowns had a fell out over the club allegedly trying to block Dolly's move to Europe by rejecting offers from interested clubs.

But Mitchell and his agency, Siyavuma Sports Group, have since issued a public apology to Sundowns, and the two are now working together again to see off Dolly's move to Montpellier.

This is according to Sundowns' media officer Thulani Thuswa, who confirmed that the 23-year-old winger is close to completing his move to the French club.

"Keagan Dolly is our player as it stands, but everything is going to happen in the right way because now there is a healthy conversation with the agent and Dolly," Thuswa told Power FM.

"He [Paul Mitchell] has done the apology and right now we are talking healthily, freely with him, positively, about Keagan Dolly," he said.

"He's a gentleman, he's shown he's a true gentleman [by apologising], and let's hope we see Dolly signing in a Montpellier shirt soon.

"It should happen anytime from now and Monday," Thuswa concluded.
