KPL: Bandari FC set to open fan TV station

Kenyan Premier League side Bandari FC is set to open a new YouTube channel for the team.

Last week, the club revealed to Goal a plan to register over 40,000 fans as they angle for the massive support base. The new channel to be named "Bandari FC TV" will broadcast team news and other related information.

“We want to open a new channel on YouTube where we can engage our fans and our stars as well as the team,” Bandari FC- IT specialist and Website manager, Stephen Heywood told Goal.

The channel is expected to be up early next week. Bandari are currently eighth in the Kenyan Premier League table with 22 points, just seven points adrift of leaders, Ulinzi Stars.

The Dockers are chasing for a double and will be hosting Nakumatt FC in a GOtv Shield round of 16 clash at Mbaraki Stadium on Saturday.
