Gor Mahia forced a win at Bukhungu Stadium with what looked like a second string side as they now turn their attention to the promotional game against Hull City on Sunday.
K’Ogalo, who opened a five-point lead at the top of the table, were meant to play second-placed Ulinzi Stars on the same Sunday until KPL postponed the fixture to pave way for the Hull City game.
But the club's Deputy Secretary General Ronald Ngala has dared KPL to bring forward the fixture by two days.
“Let KPL bring on Ulinzi Stars on Friday…we can make a stop-over in Nakuru, clear with them as we stroll to the Capital City.”
Former Homeboyz midfielder Charles Momanyi scored the match winner for K'Ogalo in the 80th minute to add to Ephraim Guikan's brace in either half.
Gor Mahia, who are also taking part in the Caf Confederation Cup, have two league games at hand.
