Bidvest Wits head coach Gavin Hunt is looking forward to the team's next two away matches in the Premier Soccer League (PSL).

The Clever Boys have recorded only two wins in their last seven matches at home which has seen them relinquish top spot on the league standings.

“Right now, I don’t want to play at home, because we can’t win,” Hunt told The Star.

Wits are currently placed third on the league table having suffered a 3-2 defeat to Cape Town City at home over the weekend.

“In the first round we beat all these teams away, (Orlando) Pirates, (Kaizer) Chiefs, Cape Town City, but in the second round, we haven’t done it," he continued.

"That’s the disappointing part. We can organise and get everyone settled, but the individual mistakes are crazy," he explained.

The Braamfontein-based giants are scheduled to face AmaZulu FC and Bloemfontein Celtic away in their next two matches, before hosting their PSL title rivals, Pirates.

Hunt, who has won four PSL titles has also lamented some of the decisions given against his side.

“We’ve also got to get the rub of the green, because there were two penalties. Pelembe (was brought down), and there was a handball because the ball went into the hand and they didn’t give it (the officials),” Hunt recalled following the loss to City.

“But it is what it is, and we’ve got to knuckle down and get a few results," the former SuperSport United head coach concluded.
