The 20-year-old registered his maiden goals this term for the Cottagers in an English second tier encounter

Sheyi Ojo scored in both halves as he ended his goal drought with a brace in Fulham’s 5-4 away victory over Sheffield United on Tuesday night.

After failing to find the back of the net in his previous eight games in all competitions since his loan move from Liverpool in the summer, the winger finally found the back of the net.

Leon Clarke opened the scoring just six minutes into the game but Ojo ensured the goal was short-lived when he breached the defence of the Blades, before calmly slotting the ball past goalkeeper Jamal Blackman to level matter for the visitors.

And Ryan Sessegnon who is making his 50th appearance for the Slavisa Jokanovic’s men gave his side their first lead in the 33rd minute of the encounter.

Clarke then brought Chris Wilder’s side back to contention when he scored his second and Sessegnon restored the lead to the Craven Cottage giants.

Ojo completed his brace after being played through on goal by Aboubakar Kamara to extend the lead for the visitors.

Sessegnon completed his hat-trick in the 78th minute before Samir Carruthers reduced the deficit with three minutes left to play for the Bramall Lane’s side.

In the 90th minute, Clarke then scored his third in the outing but was belated as Sheffield suffered their 6th league defeat this term.

Despite the loss, they occupy third spot with 36 points from 18 games while Fulham are placed 14th with 23 points from the same numbers of matches.
