Chinedu Obasi, Kennedy Igboananike score in AIK win over Oerebro

The African duo were on target to help their respective clubs in Sunday’s Swedish elite division encounter

Chinedu Obasi and Kennedy Igboananike found the net in AIK’s 2-1victory over Oerebro in a Swedish Allsvenskan outing.

Obasi got the curtain raiser in the 30th minute after an assist off Nils-Eric Johansson to mark his sixth goal of the season for the Stockholm’s outfit.

Nicolas Stefanelli doubled the lead for Rikard Norling’s side almost immediately after the Nigeria international got the opener.

Igboananike then registered his ninth league goal with his consolation in the 67th minute as Axel Kjäll’s side suffered their 14th loss in the Swedish top flight this term.

 AIK maintained their second place on the log with 57 points from 30 games while their hosts kept their 11th spot despite the defeat.
