Gor Mahia players might have a chance to join paid ranks should they impress during the November 6 friendly with Everton.

Goal has reliably learned that EFL Championship sides, Birmingham City and Leeds United scouts will grace K’Ogalo’s match against The Toffees.

Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr, who played for Leeds United, confirmed that his former side will send agents to scout for talents in Liverpool, England.

Kerr challenged his payers to use the chance to market themselves to potential suitors. "Birmingham and Leeds have confirmed that they will attend our match against Everton and this is a great chance for my players to market themselves.

"A chance for them to change their lives for good if they shine. You never get such opportunities because they are very rare and my boys are aware of the same," Kerr told Goal.com in an interview.

"They must play to impress and they must also show that they are the Kenyan champions. It will be a good chance for them to shine away from home,"

Gor Mahia will face off with Everton for the second time in a row having first met in June, 2017, in Tanzania, where Wayne Rooney inspired his side to a 2-1 win at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
