Zambia women hit Abidjan for final Africa Women's Cup of Nations camping

The Shepolopolo are in the Ivorian capital for their final camping ahead of the tournament

Zambia senior women team arrived in Abidjan on Saturday evening for their final camping for next week's Africa Women's Cup of Nations.

They become the fourth side to land on the Ivorian soil after Algeria, Cameroon and Nigeria for final preparation to the women's championship, which holds from November 16 to December 1, 2018.

Head coach Bruce Mwape flew out of the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in the Zambian capital to Abidjan enoute Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with his final squad of 21 players.

In Abidjan, Bruce's ladies will play some friendly matches and adapt to the west African conditions ahead of their opener against Equatorial Guinea at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday next week.
