Southampton's Maya Yoshida has taken the British food challenge – and while it may have gone better than expected, the Japan international is firmly in the NO camp when it comes to Marmite!
Yoshida spent a day with Rupert at Mr Trotter's to enjoy a taste adventure, sampling everything from pork crackling to spotted dick, and things went rather well on the whole for the centre-back's cultured palate.
One thing he couldn't stand, though, was Marmite, going so far as to ask if eating the snack was a punishment - see the full edibles experience in the video above!
