Burkina Faso international Prejuce Nakoulma scored twice for his Nantes in their 2-0 win over Angers SCO in a Ligue 1 match played at Stade de la Beaujoire on Sunday.
It was the second time that 29-year-old striker has scored a brace for the side he joined on a free transfer in January, having moved to France on the back of a two-goal showing at the Nations Cup for Burkina Faso.
His first brace came in only his third appearance for the Canaries, the 3-2 win over Montpellier last month, and he repeated the trick again this weekend.
After a scoreless first half, Nakoulma tapped in at the far post after a deflected cross in the 48th minute. He doubled Sergio Conceicao's men's lead soon thereafter as he volleyed his effort over the goalkeeper from the far post again after a flick from a set piece.
Senegal attacker Famara Diedhiou to pulled one back instantly after an assist from compatriot Issa Cissokho, but the latter would later be sent off for a foul on Guillaume Gillet, and Nantes hung on to secure three crucial points to move up to ninth on the Ligue 1 log.
With today's brace, Nakoulma took his tally to four goals in six appearances for the Pays de la Loire outfit.
