Paul Onuachu on target as Midtjylland secure Uefa Europa League win

The 23-year-old was on target for the Wolves in their resilient win at the Groupama Aréna on Thursday

Paul Onuachu’s lone strike sealed a come-back win for Midtjylland in their 4-2 victory over Ferencváros in their UEFA Europa League qualifying fixture.

Quick goals from Endre Botka and Roland Varga had put the Hungarian side ahead in the first half before Jakob Poulsen’s hat-trick restored Midtjylland’s advantage.

Onuachu completed the comeback and scored the winner for the Jess Thorup ‘s men in the 90th minute.

Midtjylland start their 2017-18 Superliga campaign with a fixture against Brøndby on July 16 before welcoming Ferencváros to the MCH Arena on July 20 for the return leg of their Europa League game.
