Letsholonyane's advice to young SuperSport United midfielder Mokoena

SuperSport United midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane is happy that young midfielder Teboho Mokoena was able to make the most of his opportunity after being given a chance by Stuart Baxter last season.

"When I got to SuperSport he was one of the youngsters that I talked to because I saw potential. The most important thing about him is that when he was given an opportunity, he used it," Letsholonyane told The Sowetan.

"I am hopeful he will be a great player in the country in the coming years," he said.

Following his debut, Mokoena went to achieve three man of the match awards for Matsatsantsa, and he recently earned a call-up to the senior national team, Bafana Bafana.

His performances have caught the eye of many, and Yeye hopes he can remain level-headed as a professional.

"Talent alone is not enough. He must remain as humble as he is because even if you have potential, you might end up not fulfilling it if you have a bad mindset and wrong attitude. I told him that he must keep on working hard and remain grounded," Letsholonyane said.
