The Kenyan champions needed a late goal by Benard Ondiek to defeat the Malawian side, and any kind of draw away is enough to see them through on Wednesday. The towering defender says the pressure is on the home team and that might work on the green army's advantage.
“When they played us in the first leg, they tried to fight for a draw and it really made us work harder to break them down. We got a goal, a very important one for that matter and now we can focus on getting it.
“They have no option apart from coming out and attack in search of a goal and that will give us an opportunity to attack them as well.”
Gor Mahia will however, miss the services of midfielder Francis Kahata, who is closing on a transfer move to Algerian club CS Constantine.
