Yanga are planning a reunion with their former Head coach Hans van Pluijm following the uncertain future surrounding their current Coach George Lwandamina Goal has learned.
Lwandamina who was absent during Yanga’s draw against Singida United on Wednesday is reportedly set to rejoin his former club Zesco United next month.
Speaking to Goal, Yanga’s Chairman for competitions, Hussein Nyika said that they will soon start negotiations with Pluijm in order to bring him back as Head Coach.
“Lwandamina has left the club without our permission and according to reports has signed for another club, so we have to act fast and we will soon start the negotiations with Pluijm," said Nyika.
Yanga are now preparing for their CAF Confederation Cup second leg clash against Ethiopia’s Wolayta Dicha under the care taker management of Shadrack Nsajigwa and Noel Mwandila.
