Ghana name squad for 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations

The Black Queens have named a 21-woman squad for upcoming tournament holding in Ghana
Ghana coach Bashir Hayford has announced his final 21-woman squad for the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations holding in Ghana between November 17 and December 2.
 
The Black Queens list is made up of three goalkeepers, seven defenders, five midfielders and six strikers include Philicity Asuako and Grace Asantewaa, both of whom will be making their bow at the tournament.

However, goalkeeper Azume Adams, Veronica Darkwa and Prison Ladies midfielder Rita Okyere are missing from the roster, as well as Linda Addae and Leticia Zikpi.

Ghana have been paired with Mali, Algeria and Cameroon in Group A, with Accra Sports Stadium as base.
