Ghana League Clubs Association chairman Kudjoe Fianoo has advised Premier League Clubs to position themselves very well in their search for sponsorship from companies.
“Sponsorships are rare in our league. We must value it and all clubs must endeavor to get [sponsorships] because it helps them to run the club in terms of finances” said Fianoo.
“The clubs should position themselves professionally, that is how they [should] run affairs because that is what will attract the sponsors to come.
"On the other hand, the fastest way for companies to market their stuffs and sell their products is through football because it has huge following so they must also utilise it,” he added.
The 2018 season was billed to start on February 12 but a court injunction placed on it by Great Olympics has halted every program.
Goal understands that Ghana FA and Olympics will meet in court on February 15 at the Accra High Court.
