Galatasaray’s Henry Onyekuru set for 2018-19 season

The Turk Telekom Stadı outfit’s new recruit is eagerly awaiting the commencement of the Turkish top-flight

Galatasaray‘s Henry Onyekuru has stated his readiness for the 2018-19 season, with the Turkish Super Lig set to kick off.

The Nigeria international joined the Turk Telekom Stadı outfit on loan from Premier League side Everton in July and has hit the ground running, scoring two goals in pre-season.

Last term, while on loan at Anderlecht, the 21-year-old was impressive before he a knee injury ended his stay abruptly.

The Yellow-Reds open their campaign against Ankaragucu at Osmanlı Stadı on Friday and the forward has taken to the social media to herald his preparedness for the encounter.

“Beautiful training session before the start of this season. Looking forward to this opportunity,” Onyekuru posted on instagram.
