The 25-year-old had a blistering form with the second-tier side last season after helping them to finish within the top four and although his former side failed to gain promotion his performance didn't go unnoticed.
"Berekum Chelsea are happy to announce the signing of Ghana goalkeeper Yusif Moro. He joins the club from Berekum Arsenal and has signed a three-year deal with us. We wish him the very best of luck," a club statement read.
Moro expressed his gratitude to the staff and players of Arsenal and believes his switch will be a successful one.
"I thank everyone at Berekum Arsenal because they've really helped and supported me," Moro said.
"I believe things can be awesome here for me if I train hard and heed to every piece of advice from my coaches. To play in the Ghana Premier League has always been my dream so I won't misuse this opportunity," he added.
Although, Chelsea's former first-choice goalkeeper John Moosie has joined Techiman Eleven Wonders, Moro will have to beat competition from Gideon Ahenkorah to earn a starting role next season.
