Alex Iwobi relieved with Arsenal's tough win over Burnley

Alex Iwobi admitted that Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Burnley on Sunday was a tough Premier League encounter.

Alexis Sanchez’s 92nd-minute penalty handed the Emirates Stadium outfit their second victory on the road in the English top-flight this campaign.

The triumph over the Clarets made it eight league wins for Arsene Wenger’s men this term as they climbed to fourth place in the Premier League log with 25 points from 13 games.

And the 21-year-old who made his fifth start in seven league games this season praised the fans for their support in the hard-fought victory over the Lancashire outfit.

“Tough game away from home but we dug deep till the final whistle. Another 3 points, Thanks for your support  #AFC,” Iwobi wrote on Instagram.

Iwobi has scored a goal in seven league games this season and will be hoping to help the Gunners continue their 13-game unbeaten home run since January 31 when they welcome Huddersfield Town for Wednesday’s Premier League fixture.
