Ushuru FC head coach Ken Kenyatta is confident his team will finish in the top three by the end of the National Super League.
The tax men managed to get a deserved 3-0 win on Sunday against Nakuru All Stars and took their tally of the season to 68 points, same as with third placed Nairobi Stima, who are third owing to their superior goal difference. Speaking ahead of the final outing against Bidco United, Kenyatta expressed his optimism saying he has a chance of making it to the KPL.
“Our problem was on attack, we created many chances that we could not take against Nakuru All Stars. It is something we have to work on in the training sessions and ensure we perfect it. We have to get goals against Bidco and ensure we go through.
“I am confident, if we do our job well then we will be dining with the big boys by the end of the season. It is not our business to focus on what our opponents, we should give our best,” Kenyatta told Goal.
Either Ushuru or Nairobi Stima will face Nakumatt in the promotion/relegation play-offs.
