Tanzanian striker Thomas Ulimwengu has joined Sudan’s Al Hilal Omdurman on deadline day on a two year deal after being released by AFC Eskilstuna of Sweden.

His partner, Samatta earned a big money move where he joined Belgium club KRC Genk early in 2016.

Ulimwengu forced his way out of Mazembe and he was allowed to join the Sweden club later in 2016. However, the powerful striker was hit by injury since he left the club and he had an spell in Europe.

Apart from Ulimwengu, Al Hilal also announced the deal for two Nigerian players Sergie Uyi (centre back), Harun Garba (striker) and Algerian centre back Abdel Aziz Ali Guechi.
