Posta Rangers’ Joseph Mbugi is among players who will not take part in KPL’s round nine action

Three top players will not be part of match-day nine in the ongoing Kenyan Premier League following their suspensions.

Leaders Posta Rangers will have to do without the services of midfielder Joseph Mbugi against third placed Sofapaka. The midfielder has been influential for the Mailmen, scoring two goals in the process.

Victor Ademba will not be part of the Sony Sugar team that will play against Kariobangi Sharks at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos. Ademba is serving a one match ban after amassing two yellow cards against Nzoia Sugar.

Another player who will be watching from home is Chemelil Sugar's Willis Ochieng’. Like the other two, he is serving one match suspension meaning he will not face Muhoroni Youth.

Posta Rangers, Gor Mahia and Sofapaka currently occupy the first three positions on the table.
