Describing the victory as a "tonic" for their cup final disappointment and drop in form in the league, the former Malaysia head coach described the Tok Gajah's performance on Wednesday as a true representation of their capabilities.
"In overall, this is Pahang's true performance.
"Our form had dropped in the past few matches, but it had picked up again tonight, and it fact it had begun in the second half of the final.
"The boys were very disciplined, they supported the attack and when defending, and I'm not surprised we've come away with a 2-0 victory.
"We could have scored more but we missed a number of chances, but the three points are very important. Now we can head into the mid-season break relieved," explained Dollah during the post-match press conference.
