Digital TV company, StarTimes Nigeria, has concluded arrangement to beam live coverage of one of the global football competition preceding the world cup, the FIFA Confederations Cup, scheduled to begin in Russia from June 17 to July 2, 2017.
The matches will be played in four Russian cities of Moscow, Sochi, Saint Petersburg and Kazan with StarTimes set to air all the matches to the living rooms of Nigerian subscribers.
It has become a tradition that the Fifa World Cup is preceded by the Confederations Cup. Russia have got the honors to do so this year. The tenth edition promises to be a great show as the tournament serves as a dress rehearsal for the hosts ahead 2018 World Cup.
