Nyangweso: Ulinzi Stars contented with a draw

Coach Benjamin Nyangweso maintains that he was impressed with his charges despite failing to break down AFC Leopards

Despite failing to collect maximum points against AFC Leopards in a Kenyan Premier League match, Ulinzi Stars coach Benjamin Nyangweso says he is happy with the outcome.

Despite creating numerous chances, both sides settled to a barren draw, with the hosts moving to the top of the table as a result, and their visitors moving to the tenth position with four points. Nyangweso says his team played well and a draw is not a bad result at all.

"I am contented with a point, remember we were playing away against one of the best sides currently and holding them is not a mean achievement by all standards. The outcome is fair to us. We are going back home, heads high and we are looking forward to our next match," Nyangweso told Goal.

It was Ulinzi Stars' second match of the season, the first was against Kariobangi Sharks where the soldiers won 1-0.
