Muhoroni Youth have been relegated from Kenyan Premier League following their 7-0 demolition in the hands of Kariobangi Sharks.
Muhoroni came into the match aiming to win their game and revive their otherwise slim hopes, but the promoted side had different ideas. The defeat, compounded with wins for Thika United and Mathare United, condemned the Moses Adagala owned side to the National Super League.
Having played 31 matches, Muhoroni has four games remaining meaning maximum points they can acquire are nine. 16th placed Thika United has 35 points, and Muhoroni can only hit 34 point mark suppose it wins the remaining matches.
Eyes are now on Western Stima, Thika, Mathare, Zoo Kericho, Sony Sugar and Nakumatt waiting to see, who will join the Nyanza-based side.
