Liverpool legend, Robbie Fowler has described Mohamed Salah as ‘phenomenal’ following his impressive showings for the club.
Since the Algeria international joined the Reds in the summer of 2017, he has put up eye-catching performances.
The former Roma player boasts of 28 goals and seven assists in 34 appearances this season and only Harry Kane has more goals in the English Premier League than his 21.
And the former England international is optimistic that the forward will score even more.
“He’s been phenomenal,” Fowler told Daily Star.
“He’s really hit the ground running. He looks like he’s got goals in him every game.
“I hope it continues. We, as ex-players who are still big Liverpool fans, want him to keep going.
“We want him to break all the records going because if he’s scoring goals, it means we’re doing the right things.”
